Bottle scraps spinning cotton fiber and hollow fiber Production line
with daily output up to 20 tons,40 ton, 60 ton,80 ton,100 ton.
This complete set of equipment uses PET bottle chip as raw material, which is heated and melted through screw extruders, then pressured to the spinning nozzle by metering pump after being pre-filtered, then spined by spinneret plate as well as introduced into the feed beater and delivered into fiber tank for the later process through oiling and collecting .
the PSF Line spinning to solid fiber and hollow fiber products.

- This chart applicable for PET bottle flakes that produced from Crushed, Separated, and Washed Polyethylene Glycol Terephthalate (PET) materials.
- M is center value of Melt Point.
- Recycled Polyethylene Terephthalate Flakes: The flakes that can be used directly after processing from the collected PET bottles.
- Power Dust: Clastics after 3.55mm×3.55mm (6mesh Screen Mesh) square shape Screen Mesh screening.
- Polyvinyl Chloride (PVC) Content: Mass ratio between PVC and PET Flakes among the PET Flakes.
- Polyolefin (PO) Content: Mass ratio between PO and PET Flakes among the PET Flakes.
- Impurity: After the PET bottles is processed, the residual particulars like sand, glass, iron, paper, label adhesive and glue etc.
- Natural Color Flakes: The bottle flakes whose color is close to prevailing color.
- Sieve Retention: The mass fraction between screened PET Flakes and total weight of PET Flakes.
- Non-polyethylene Terephthalate Substances Residues: After washing, the mass fraction between PET flakes and residual particulars of non-polyethylene terephthalate material like caramel, label adhesive, fructose, vegetable oil, animal fat, sebum, ashes, soil, pigment and coloring materials, etc.
