Process Flow of the Production Line
This highly adaptable and versatile production line seamlessly crafts polyester staple fiber (ranging from 1.5-30D Solid) and the innovative 3-dimensional conjugated fiber (spanning 6D-15D Hollow).

The PSF production line, adept at spinning both solid and hollow fibers, unfolds in two distinct phases. The first phase utilizes PET bottle chip as raw material, which is meticulously heated and seamlessly melted through screw extruders, then applies pressure to the spinning nozzle via metering pump after meticulous pre-filtering, after which it is spun via spinnerets and subsequently introduced into the feed beater, then delivered into fiber tank for advanced processing through oiling and collection post cooling into its final shape.
The second phase harnesses spinning raw fiber as the foundational material, this critical step is driven by variable frequency control, facilitating intricate processes like drafting, crimping, shaping, cutting, and comprehensive packaging.
